Our ambition is to create a high quality architectural proposal which is sensitive to the existing context, providing generous homes and amenity spaces in the city. With a mix of unit types and commercial spaces, the potential inhabitants would have the opportunity to create a vibrant community. Forming one side of the plaza on North Circular road, the development of the site provides an opportunity to address a number of issues, formalising a lost symmetry.

This project is progressing in collaboration with Gillian Brady and St.John Walsh of Alder Architects.
